We are looking for outgoing Engineering and IT students to volunteer for our Student Ambassador Leadership Program.
Student Ambassadors participate in a range of recruitment events and activities and help promote Engineering and IT programs through various forms of social media.
Who can apply?
Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply to the Student Ambassador Leadership Program:
- Graduate students who have successfully completed at least 1 semester of study of a Masters level Engineering/IT program (with a minimum 70% average).
- Pathway students who have successfully completed the final year of a new generation degree at the University of Melbourne with a minimum 75% average and are now enrolled in the Master of Engineering, Master of Information Technology or Master of Information Systems.
This is a volunteer based opportunity designed to assist students in gaining work experience and valuable communication skills. While no financial remuneration is provided, successful applicants to the Student Ambassador Leadership Program will have access to free communications and leadership training, a genuine job reference, and the program appears on your student transcript.
