Graduate researchers in the Melbourne School of Engineering are required to enrol in coursework components. You must commence the Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering before the first day of scheduled classes to enrol in these coursework subjects.

If you are intending to enrol in coursework subjects in Semester 1 or Semester 2, we encourage you to enrol in your graduate degree before classes begin that semester.

Coursework enrolments are no longer compulsory for candidates commencing the Master of Philosophy or PhD course on or after 1 January 2019.
